Once you have received your purchase, should you be unhappy with your item for any reason we will gladly refund you.
You would have to motivate your refund request with photos or a detailed complaint so that we can also use this information to improve on our service and quality of products.
Refunds will be done via direct transfer into your bank account or via paypal if direct deposit is not possible.
We do however reserve the right to refuse a refund if you abuse this policy and continuously claim refunds on purchases.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Generally its easier to refund you than to exchange the item.
